Cancellation Policy
Showroom Booking Policy Thank you for scheduling a showroom visit with Sandalyeci. To ensure a smooth and productive appointment, please review the following: Appointment Time Please arrive on time for your scheduled visit. If you are running late, kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. Rescheduling / Cancellation If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Project Details If available, please bring any relevant information such as floor plans, mood boards, finish samples, or reference images. This helps us provide accurate recommendations, pricing, and timelines. Quotation & Lead Times Pricing and lead times vary by customization, materials, and quantities. Formal quotations are provided after consultation and are valid for a limited period. Custom & Made-to-Order Items Most of our commercial and residential furniture is produced on a made-to-order basis. A deposit is required to begin production.
