Information we collect
Forms, Designer Tools access and chat collect the contact details you provide, including your name, email, phone number and, where applicable, company. Requests may also include selected products and materials, quantities, project notes and uploaded files.
How we use it
Sandalyeci Canada uses these details to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on projects. Requests are stored in our management system and may be transferred to our Trade Portal for our team to process. Marketing email consent is collected separately.
Designer projects, cookies and browser storage
Unsubmitted projects are saved in the browser you use. They do not automatically sync between devices. Export a backup before changing browsers or clearing browser data. If you create a sharing link, a copy of the project is stored on the server and can be accessed by people who have that link. Cookies support product selections, language preferences, chat and authorized access.
Website traffic measurement
A random browser session identifier helps estimate visits and page views. We record approximate network location (country, region and city), device category and page path, without storing raw IP addresses or URL query parameters. Data is retained on a rolling 90-day basis. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement.
Designer membership
Membership applications include business and project information so our team can review access. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic derivatives, and activation links are personal and single use. Sign-in sessions expire after seven days. Requests submitted while signed in are linked to your account. Access changes and recovery requests are recorded.
Conversations and files
Submitted chat messages and attachments are available to authorized team members handling your enquiry. Chat replies appear on the website. Please avoid sending personal information that is not needed for your project.
